Lane has been part of the EF+Math community for the last four years. She specializes in cultivating human-centered experiences that foster connection, belonging, and shared purpose across teams and partners. Lane helps shape collaborative culture and operational systems that support inclusive R&D in service of math equity.
Prior to joining EF+Math, Lane supported strategic communications and community engagement efforts at the Women’s Foundation of the South, centering the leadership and voices of womxn and girls of color. She also worked with Converge Consulting, a social justice–focused consulting firm, where she supported national initiatives in research, strategic planning, and mission-driven operations. Across her career, Lane has been committed to advancing equitable futures for Black and Brown youth through thoughtful program design, relationship-building, and a values-driven approach to community work.
