Pedro Rodriguez was a member of the Educator Leadership Council from 2019-2025.
Pedro Rodriguez is a dual language math and science teacher in Harlem, New York, currently teaching Algebra I and biology and preparing students for the New York State Regents. As a lead teacher, peer collaborative teacher, and new teacher instructional coach, he supports colleagues through mentoring, modeling, and professional development. Rodriguez also spearheads Yale’s RULER approach, promoting social-emotional learning across the school community. His leadership centers on fostering academic excellence, equity, and emotional well-being for all students.
